Someone tried because you believed in them. A stranger still remembers the way you smiled at them. The old lady who you helped cross the road still blesses you. Someone almost fell in love with you while you were reading quietly in the cafe you often go to. A sentence you said funnily changed someone's entire outlook towards life. One of your teachers still thinks of you and hopes that you're doing well in life. Someone you've lost touch with still speaks well of you. The owner of your favourite ice-cream parlour in your hometown still waits for you to come back someday. Someone didn't die because they found faith in your art. Someone loves how your face shines bright at the sight of sunrise. Someone wants to be like you. Someone have the most beautiful memories of their life with you. The kid you bought balloons from at the highway still yearns to hug you. Someone who lost her child overheard you in the garden while you were telling your mother that you miss her, and smiled. Someone remembers you in their prayer. You're someone's favourite person. Someone by heart only and truly relies on you. Someone wishes that they never lose you. Someone truly hopes that you get all the goodness. Someone wants to bring all that goodness to you. That's how much you mean to this world. Be a little kind to yourself. You're everywhere, making so many differences. You're irreplaceable, there's only one you. The light you bring to this world is beautiful. Today morning, woke up to a fever. 103° to be exact. I was sulking under 3 blankets, shivering with cold and sweating like a pig. Mamu came in with hot ginger tea and set it on the side table. they ask me if I am afraid of losing you and I say no. They ask if I am lying, I say maybe. The thing is that I have lost so much so soon that I kinda started believing that it is inevitable. To love and lose and to love and lose again. I kinda believed I would be able to find a trick in the book. A magic spell, maybe? the right way of doing things. But I didn’t. Instead I found you and now I have love knocking at my door. I can lie and say that I am not afraid of anything anymore. Or I can be honest and say that I am tired of being afraid of everything all the time. I am just aware of everything more and I don’t think I know anything other than love. So yes I am not afraid of losing you because I don’t think if I could do anything to stop it even if I was.
